DWS Associates worked with members of the Society of Chief Officers of Environmental Health in Scotland to complete a review of the processes around the issuing of Environmental Health Certificates. These documents are critical to allow the exporting of seafood. The team engaged with National and Local Governments, Trade Bodies and Industry. Our observations and pragmatic recommendations were welcomed as a route forward.
